Planning travel around the world’s biggest fixtures

Every event above means people on the move, often at scale and to tight deadlines. This is where chartering comes into its own. Rather than working around fixed commercial schedules, a charter is built entirely around your itinerary – the right aircraft, the right airport and timings that align with the fixture itself.

For sports clubs, associations, sponsors and travel organisers, we can support:

  • Team and squad travel, including kit, equipment and backroom staff, with privacy and recovery time built in;
  • Supporter and fan group movements of any size, from small parties to full aircraft;
  • Corporate and hospitality travel for guests and partners;
  • Logistics for sponsors, media and event personnel working across multiple venues.

Wherever the 2026/2027 calendar takes you, we can build the right charter around it. Get in touch to discuss your plans.
