An automotive client urgently needed our help delivering essential parts from Barcelona to their factory in Texas. Any delay would risk a complete production shutdown, so the team at ACS Time Critical got straight to work on a solution.

We offered the client a solution within just 10 minutes, liaising with our network of onboard couriers to find one who could set off at short notice to accompany the cargo.
Having initially inquired about transporting 24 boxes of parts, the client increased the quantity to 124 boxes at the last moment, so we quickly sourced two additional couriers.
The consignment had to transit through Dallas, where commercial items such as car parts can’t usually be checked by passengers. Undeterred, we negotiated with the airport and secured permission for the boxes to continue to El Paso.
The delivery arrived in good time, protecting the client’s supply chain from further disruption.
